From\u00a0Hippocrates to current times, nutrition and physical\u00a0activity patterns have been defined mostly by economic,\u00a0cultural, and social factors rather than scientific facts. Only\u00a0recently, we began to make scientific progress in these\u00a0two vital areas of human health.
